Shipping Policy
All products available on this website are offered on a pre-order basis. Each item has a 30-day pre-order period starting from its launch date. After the pre-order period ends, we begin preparing the product for shipment. Preparation typically takes 15–60 business days, and delivery usually takes an additional 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated total fulfillment time may range from 60–120 business days. All products are clearly marked as “Pre-Order” on their product pages before purchase.
A confirmation email with your order details will be sent once your order is received. We will begin processing your order as soon as possible. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Payment & Cancellation Policy
When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future release.
- Payment: At checkout, a partial or full payment may be collected. Payment is securely processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details. The remaining balance (if any) will be charged automatically before shipment.

Cancellation:
- If only a partial payment has been made and your pre-order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. The paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- If the pre-order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after you receive the item.
