Pre-Order & Shipping Information
All products available on this website are offered on a pre-order basis. Each item has a 30-day pre-order period starting from its launch date. Once the pre-order period ends, we begin preparing the product, which typically takes 15–60 business days. After preparation is complete, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.
A confirmation email with your order details will be sent once your order is received. We will begin processing your order as soon as possible.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

Our delivery service does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order, as address changes may result in additional charges.
Customs & Import Duties
In certain cases, customs or import duties may apply depending on your destination country. If you incur additional charges, please contact us at hello@colamylab.com and provide a copy of the customs duty receipt.
Once the receipt is received, a refund for the customs charges will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Pre-Order Cancellation & Payment Policy
When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is either currently out of stock or scheduled for a future release and not yet available in our inventory.
At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit, while securely storing your payment method. Once the item becomes available and ready to ship, we will process the remaining balance (or full payment) and fulfill your order.
Cancellation Rules
- If your pre-order has only a partial deposit paid and has not yet been fulfilled (shipped), you may request cancellation. The full deposit amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- If your pre-order has already been fulfilled (shipped), cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a full or partial refund after receiving the item, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
