Order Confirmation & Notifications
After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, which includes the estimated delivery date.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with relevant tracking information.
Order Modifications
You may modify your shipping address, product quantity, or color before the pre-sale ends and before the product enters the shipping preparation phase.
Once the pre-sale period ends, orders will be locked and cannot be modified.
Order Cancellations
During Pre-sale
You may cancel your order at any time during the pre-sale period. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
After Pre-sale / After Shipment
After the pre-sale ends or once the product enters production and shipping preparation, orders can no longer be cancelled.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may contact us after receiving the product to arrange a return and refund.
Deposit Pre-Order Notice

For certain pre-sale items, we offer a deposit-based pre-order option. By paying a deposit, your inventory will be reserved in advance.
Once the product is fully manufactured and ready for shipment, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your original payment method. Orders with completed payment will be prioritized for dispatch.
Deposit Refund Policy
If you cancel your order before shipment, the deposit will be refunded to your original payment account.
If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may still contact us after receiving the product to request a return and refund in accordance with our return policy.

As compensation, we will provide a 5% off coupon for your next purchase. This coupon cannot be applied to the current order.
