Thank you for shopping at COLAMY Lab. We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

By placing an order with COLAMY Lab, you agree to the terms outlined below and this Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product or packaging.
- Include photos of the shipping label and the outer carton.
- Email us at hello@colamylab.com with your order number, supporting images/videos, and a brief description.
- Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact us for authorization before sending any item back.
All returns must be shipped in the original COLAMY Lab packaging.
- Items must be in like-new condition, fully disassembled, and include all original parts. We do not accept returns for items that show stains, scratches, damage, drilling, alterations, or modifications. Partially assembled items are not eligible for return.
- If original packaging is unavailable, customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return transit.
COLAMY Lab reserves the right to deny refunds for items that show excessive wear, misuse, or lack of reasonable care.
- For orders eligible under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, COLAMY Lab will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact us to obtain the label before returning any item.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for the following items:
- Clearance Items
- Final Sale Items
- Large Items
For large items weighing over 200 lbs, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify COLAMY Lab within 3 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged items only.
Damaged items may be refunded in full or replaced in accordance with the COLAMY Lab Warranty Policy.
Warranty Notice
Products that develop defects during their usable lifetime, as outlined in our Warranty Policy, qualify for repair or replacement at no additional cost, including shipping. Please review the COLAMY Lab Warranty Policy for full details.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Some refunds may be reflected on your next billing statement.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If needed, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Order Cancellation with Promotional Codes
If an order placed with a discount code or promotional offer is canceled, the refund will reflect the final discounted amount paid. Please contact us to request cancellation assistance.
Pre-Order Cancellation & Payment Policy
Pre-order items are products that are temporarily out of stock or scheduled for future release and not yet available in our inventory.
At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit while securely storing your payment method. Once the item becomes available and is ready to ship, the remaining balance (or full payment) will be processed automatically.
Cancellation Rules
- If only a partial deposit has been paid and the pre-order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund of the deposit.
- If the pre-order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a refund after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please email us at hello@colamylab.com with your order number, the item you want to return/exchange, and the reason for your request. Our customer service team will respond with instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your return request is submitted within 30 days and the item meets our return conditions, we will cover the return shipping cost. After 30 days, only product quality issues are eligible for free return shipping.
Can I exchange for a different color or style?
Yes. As long as your item is within the 30-day window and in original condition and packaging, you may exchange it for a different color, size, or style.
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items labeled as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Items purchased offline or from non-authorized retailers
- Products that have been used, assembled, or altered
- Items without original packaging
What if the product arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will be issued to the original payment method.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us right away at hello@colamylab.com with photos of the item received. We will arrange the correct item to be sent and cover all related shipping fees.
Can I return a product after opening the box?
Yes, as long as the product is unused and all original packaging is intact. Once the original packaging is removed or damaged, return eligibility may be affected.
Do you offer refunds for shipping fees?
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), shipping fees will be fully refunded.
